  • 800m pool swim 20K city road bike and 5K street/path run.

    Course Info
  • Swim 800 meters in a 50 meter long pool with a great view of the Black Hills.
  • Transition to a 20K bike that heads north out of Rapid City along a rolling country road and then back to the pool.
  • Run down to Rapid Citys bike path which follows along Rapid Creek to finish at the band shell for awards and picnic.
