Description	This is a grass-roots event that was formerly known as 3-in-1 Triathlon. The event accomodates first-timers, families and hard-core triathletes.

Course Info	Run: 3 miles cross country course that is rolling with one major hill. Bike: 6 miles of flat paved roads. Swim: 400 meter pool swim.

Directions	Huntsville is in northern Alabama, 98 miles north of Birmingham, 67 miles east of Florence, and 105 miles southwest of Clattanooga Tennessee.
