  • This race starts in the city of Lowell but the bulk of the bike and run are on country roads.

    Race Course:

  • The bike course has some small rolling hills through the middle miles.
  • The Sprint bike is a single 13 mile loop.
  • The International bike is 2 13 mile loops.
  • The run is flat.

    Heritage State Park/Lowell City Beach:

  • Route 3 to exit 32.
  • Take Drum Hill Rd. to the Rourke Bridge.
  • Over the bridge take a right.
  • Event is 1 mile on right.
