2009 Plattsmouth Community Center Sprint Triathlon:

  • Plattsmouth Community Center Sprint Triathlon is a challenging coarse with plenty of rolling hills.

     

    • Course Info
  • Swim 500 yards in an out door 6 lane 25 yard pool. Triathletes will race in heats of 12.
  • Bike 15 miles on an out and back scenic coarse. Helmets Required.
  • Run 3 miles over rolling hills through the Plattsmouth Historical Downtown District.

    Plattsmouth is in eastern Nebraska
