Course Info
  • The 400 meter swim portion will be held at the Emporia State University pool. (Please submit accurate estimated 400 meter swim time for seeding.)
  • The 20K bike course is very flat and fast.
  • The 5K run course includes some rolling hills.

  • Race day check-in will be at the ESU Physical Education Building
    • Other InfoRace Rules:
  • No headphones will be permitted during the race.
  • An approved helmet must be worn during the cycling portion of the event.
  • No drafting will be permitted during the cycling portion.

    Awards:
  • The top three male and female finishers will receive awards.
  • Age group awards are based on entries received by April 14th.
  • There will be an award for the first male and female Emporia finisher.
